From Strategy to Successful Implementation

Developing a successful organisational strategy is a complex and vital process. In order for the strategy to be more that just a set of hopes and dreams, its practical implications need to be thoughtfully worked out and implemented. This course provides a step by step approach on how to effectively implement the strategy, beginning with ensuring it is aligned with an organisation's mission and vision. The course also cover all other areas critical to successful implementation, such as leadership, budgets, manpower and resources, structures, processes, communication and review/ adjustments.
